As part of Oldis Road, you’ll join a team dedicated to intentionality, creativity, and long-term success. You’ll play a critical role in scaling our paid media campaigns to connect with more customers while optimizing ad spend for maximum results.


Your Role as a Performance Media Buyer

As our Performance Media Buyer, you will take ownership of our paid media strategy and execution, reporting directly to our founder, helping us achieve our aggressive growth goals. You’ll collaborate with the creative team to test, iterate, and scale ad campaigns, ensuring our messaging and visuals resonate with our audience. You’ll also bring structure and organization to campaign tracking, ensuring insights are accessible and actionable for future improvements.


What You’ll Do:

  • Creative Feedback & Iteration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing content, track versions, and iterate on strategies based on data.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Build, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, focusing on driving profitability and scaling results.

  • Data Tracking & Analysis: Maintain organized records of ad performance metrics, A/B test results, and creative iterations to ensure insights are easily accessible.

  • Scaling Strategies: Expand audiences, scale budgets, and test new ad formats to support growth from 1000 units per month to 10,000 units per month.

  • Feedback Loops: Provide actionable feedback to leadership and the creative team, bridging the gap between performance data and creative strategy.

  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and content teams to align campaign goals with brand vision and values.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience running and scaling Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce or DTC brands.

  • Track Record of Scaling: Proven ability to scale ad spends from $25,000 per month to $100,000+ per month profitably.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to track and document creative iterations, ad performance, and A/B test results systematically.

  • Creative Eye: Ability to collaborate with content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and iterate on them based on data.

  • Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of metrics like CAC, CTR, CPA, and how to leverage them to optimize campaigns.

  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with leadership and creative teams.

  • Passion for Growth: Excited about scaling brands and continuously improving processes and results.
